We've put together answers to some of the most common questions about getting your merino goodies delivered and what to do if you need to make a return or exchange. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to get in touch!

How do you send out orders, and how long does it usually take for customers to get their merino goodies?

All our orders are sent via NZ Post Couriers. You can generally expect your merino apparel to arrive within 5 to 7 working days at the very longest.

What's the go if someone wants to send something back, or swap it for a different size or colour?

Please reach out to us directly via phone on 0277471103 or email at info@merinoclothing.nz to arrange a return or exchange. The first swap or fix is on us! For any subsequent fixes, there will be a charge of $15 per item.

Are there any special costs for shipping, or places you can't send your lovely merino to?

Yes, special costs apply for overnight couriers if needed. For this service to work, orders must be sent from Monday to Wednesday only, and you're looking at a minimum shipping cost of $25. For international orders, special shipping rates apply; we will send you a quote once your order is received.
